We are throwing an informal “Beer, careers and innovation event” this Friday between 4pm and 6pm (October 28th). The initiative came about because our own South African Tradeshifter, Bruce Fife, has been following a course on Innovation at the Danish IT-university. His fellow student colleagues had asked curious questions about innovation at Tradeshift. So we decided to invite the whole class to a sort presentation about innovation at Tradeshift combined with beers and fuss-ball.
This initiative coinsides with our recent hiring wave, where we are trying to close a number of open positions for our Copenhagen and San Francisco offices (opening in January).
What you can experience:
- Meet Tradeshifters from several areas (marketing, sales, development, design)
- Get a 15 minute introduction to Tradeshift and the way we work
- Get a 15 minute pitch about what “innovation” means in Tradeshift
- Get a drink (beer, wine, soda)
- Play fuss-ball (expect to get your butt kicked)
You don’t have to be looking for a job to show up. Its OK just be curious about Tradeshift and how we do business. But be warned – Tradeshift might get under your skin.
