We have one goal in Tradeshift. We want to end everyone’s frustration with current invoicing solutions and too often the pricing of basic invoicing is one of those frustration points.
When we launched in May we took away a lot of that frustration by offering a simple, easy to use and free invoicing tool for small business. It does not matter if you just send invoices as PDF’s by email to other small business or if you send fully electronically to your large suppliers.
We are very happy that small business everywhere have reacted so well to that message. There are users in more than 60 countries using Tradeshift today which means that we are one of the few really global invoicing platforms out there.
But until now we still had one Achilles heel. Whenever we talked to large enterprises; they were still frustrated with the current state of pricing models on e-invoicing. We felt we already had a much more transparent model than the rest of the market by having chosen to remove transaction cost for large enterprises completely. That meant that they only paid a flat rate per supplier connected. But we wanted to make it even more obvious, that Tradeshift is the best solution out there for anyone who wants to connect with their suppliers and customers.
So today we go one step further and announce completely FREE invoicing also for large enterprises, which simplifies our message tremendously:

It does not matter who you are or how many yearly transactions you have. We know it’s a very simple (if not explosive) message in an industry haunted by high costs, complex price models and old technology. The reason we can do it with confidence, is because we know that we offer so much more value, than just e-invoicing. This way we can start focusing on exactly what Tradeshift is about, building better connections for your business.
