Tradeshift are happy and proud to announce two new angel investors: Mårten Mickos and Stefan Glaenzer.
Mårten Mickos is the former CEO of MySQL from 2001 to 2009 and is now positioned as the CEO of Eucalyptus Systems, the company behind the Eucalyptus open-source infrastructure for the implementation of cloud computing on computer clusters.
Stefan Glaenzer is the founding investor and Executive Chairman of Last.fm and is well known as a very active angel investor. He holds a PhD in foreign exchange risk management.
Tradeshift Take Off
Tradeshift is now in closed beta. the first wave of users have started using Tradeshift the free invoicing platform and we will soon be rolling on the next waves and arrive at open beta within the next couple of weeks.
We are also testing the platform with several very large enterprise customers and the feedback is very positive, the first wave of enterprise users will lead to more than 50.000 companies all over the world being invited to join Tradeshift to connect to their larger business partners in the immediate future.
