We are very proud to announce this release of Tradeshift, as this is the first major update of Tradeshift since we launched it in May.
It has been incredibly important for us to listen to the user feedback we have gotten over the last months, but also to move the bar of what is possible. We believe, that Tradeshift today, is the easiest invoicing tool out there, but more than that, an invoice is only a part of a conversation. Essentially business is not only about the numbers, but also the connections and this is where we believe Tradeshift is unique, we try to help you create more valuable connections.
With the new release we introduce a range of new features to enable you to do this. First and foremost, we have a completely redesigned interface, that puts your activity stream in the centre, enabling you to listen to the conversation going on in your network and to communicate to all your suppliers or customers.
Another key feature we have been working on, is the ability to let anyone, not only Tradeshift users, send you an electronic invoice. That is why, we have launched a public business profile enabling your customers or suppliers to find your invoice and payment functionality easily. From here, they can connect to you, or send you an invoice directly.
But we have also been making some changes under the hood, we decided to do the switch from our open-source CMS Drupal, to the Grails framework, which really speeds everything up. So hopefully you will notice that Tradeshift has not only gotten a lot of new features, but is also much faster.

- Ability for non-Tradeshift users to send invoices directly to your Tradeshift account
- Import PDF invoices you have received from other Tradeshift users before you create your account
