Recently we released a new version of Tradeshift. We have, during the last weeks, been working on fixing the issues you – our dear users – have reported, but we have also implemented a new feature.

You are now able to resend an invoice, if you have sent it to your customer via e-mail, or to NemHandel in Denmark. If you are invoicing another Tradeshift-user, you do not need to resend the invoice, just add a comment on the invoice, reminding the receiver of the invoice.

On the issues reported by you, we have update the validation for IBAN numbers, so it is not as strict, as it was before. As of yesterday an IBAN number should be between 15 and 30 characters, whereas before it was required to type 18 characters. Another thing we have done is updating the information you will get when a dispatch for some reason has failed, i.e. to a non-existing e-mail address.

Our development team is continuing to work on new features and changes based on the feedback from our users.

If you want to join the team, head over to jobs and see our current vacant positions.
