We’ve been busy improving our document search page and today we are proud and very excited to be able to launch it to our users. The revamped and massively improved page will let you add filters, run reports, and most importantly, find the documents you need faster than ever via our built in search functionality.
Powerful Filter Selection
Via the new ‘Quick Filters’, you can now decide which documents you want to display. With a simple click of the mouse, filter on unpaid sales or purchases, documents with status pending, rejected sales, drafts, awaiting and even deleted documents.

Turn on advanced filters and filter documents by Sales or Purchases to quickly find the documents you need. You can then also select specific documents types like Quotes and Credit notes along with their status. Then narrow your search by period or quarter and sort your results by relevance, invoice number, issue date and amount. You can also organize your results by ascending or descending for even faster document retrieval.
Built-in Search Functionality
The built-in search functionality in our own developers words “doesn’t get bigger than this”. Can’t remember the invoice number or when it was issued? No problem. Search by amount, items, IDs or even product names held within an invoice. Just like you are used to with Google, your relevant documents will appear as you type. Not sure if it is the right document? Simply click to preview, then use the document as an invoice template or download it as a PDF.

Again, bookmark your queries to save you time the next time you need to find a document. Now don’t say we don’t spoil you!
Smarter Reporting
Use the advanced features and run reports on sales, purchases over a quarter or your own custom timeframe. Each query will do the math for you, so quickly see what you should receive in payment, what your pipeline is via quotes or what your monthly cashflow will be.
Hope you enjoy using the new documents page as much as we enjoyed building it.
