Mark Carlton, Alliances Director, North America, Tradeshift
Mark has demonstrated his expertise in the Procurement space for 20+ years with consulting, sales and leadership roles at various companies including Ariba, Coupa, Oracle and IBM. Prior to moving into his Alliances Director, North America role at Tradeshift, he was the company’s Global Director of Solutions Consulting, working with worldwide leading SIs, BPOs and Fintech partners. Mark started his career with Kraft Foods working in a manufacturing plant before moving to the Chicagoland area.

 

Joanna Martinez, Author, Speaker and Advisor, Supply Chain Advisors, LLC
In a career spanning four decades, corporate executive Joanna Martinez led transformation initiatives of various types within the pharmaceutical, beverage, consumer products, financial services, facilities management, and real estate industries. Today, as Founder of Supply Chain Advisors LLC, her clients range from start-ups and professional organizations to Fortune 500 companies. She is the author of A Guide to Positive Disruption and a frequent speaker at in-house events and professional conferences.

 

Jeff Cooperstein, Director, R3
Jeff, a financial markets technologist, focuses on bridging the gap between business and technology and brings extensive experience across all facets of the industry as a client, vendor, and consultant. He has a record of consistent contributions to revenue and creating competitive advantage by focusing first on a detailed assessment of business requirements. Jeff has been recognized for the development of strong client /staff relationships.

 

Joseph Youssef, Senior Director, McDonald’s
Joe Youssef leads Agency123, McDonald’s in-house agency primarily supporting the Corporation and US Business with Creative and Marketing Production, Meetings & Event Management, Travel Services, Digital Production and Asset Management services. Joe also leads the Indirect Procurement Operations team managing the McDonald’s internal Marketplace and purchase order processing. Joe joined McDonald’s in August 2004 and has held various roles in IT and Global Sourcing. Prior to McDonald’s, Joe held Information Technology management roles at UBS, Perot Systems, and Citigroup.

 

Rob DiGiaro, Chief Procurement Officer, Guggenheim Partners
Rob, Global Head of Strategic Sourcing & Expense Management, is responsible for ensuring that third-party products and services are procured in the most cost-effective manner. He joined Guggenheim Partners in 2012, and he reports directly to one of Guggenheim’s founding partners, Tom Irvin. Rob’s team is responsible for the following expense categories: Market Data, Technology, Corporate Services, Marketing, Facilities, and Professional Services, firm-wide. The team is also responsible for conducting comprehensive due diligence on all third-party vendors. Prior to joining Guggenheim Partners, he ran Technology Sourcing for Credit Suisse and has also held several management positions at Merrill Lynch, where he specialized in global technology outsourcing contracts. Rob is also the founder and chairman of an elite financial services sourcing group Sourcers on The Street™.
