Meet the speaker

David Anderson
Partner, Deloitte 

David leads Deloitte’s Finance practice and Deloitte’s FTSE 100 Next Gen CFO Leadership Programme. David has spent his career working with the CFOs and business leaders on Transformation programmes including business strategy alignment, target operating model definition, growth strategies, cost reduction and business process and technology transformation.

Prior to Tradeshift, Gert, together with Accenture and Avanade, was responsible for the technical design and realization of the Danish (Easytrade / Nemhandel) and European (PEPPOL) digital peer-to-peer based S2P infrastructure. Gert holds a master’s degree in computer science and music and specializes in real-time distributed collaboration systems.

Gert Sylvest is co-founder of Tradeshift and CEO of Tradeshift Frontiers – an R & D spin-off focused on innovative topics such as blockchain, AI / ML, IoT and other promising technologies that are likely to have a significant impact on supply chain management or procurement become. Gert has extensive expertise in digitization, cloud-based P2P or financial solutions, extensive P2P public and private infrastructure, cross-border cloud solutions, blockchain and interoperability. Prior to assuming leadership of Tradeshift Frontiers, Gert was responsible for global and cross-border network strategy with a focus on expanding the platform in China. At the same time he also served as CTO for Tradeshift.
