Katrina Mezigian – Vice President, Everest Group
Katrina Menzigian, Vice President, Everest Group, leads the firm’s research practices on Contact Center Outsourcing and Customer Experience Services, Finance and Accounting Outsourcing, and Procurement Outsourcing services. These practices involve both ongoing subscription research and custom decision support projects for enterprises and services providers. Katrina also is a frequent participant and presenter at industry forums, webinars, and client sessions. She brings 20 years of experience in conducting market research, developing competitive intelligence, and advising service providers and buyers on a wide range of outsourcing, offshoring, and BPS issues to her role.
Katrina also leads Everest Group’s Research Relations program. In this role, she is responsible for offering Everest Group’s point of view on critical developments within the global services industry. This includes engaging with key service provider and enterprise executives, industry organizations, and other stakeholders to ensure enduring collaborative relationships.
Katrina’s past roles include VP of BPO Research at IDC, and research and consulting roles at the American University of Armenia, and the Edward R. Murrow Center for International Communications at Tufts University.
She holds an MA of International Affairs from The Fletcher School at Tufts University, and a double BA from the University of California at Berkeley.
Amit Sharma – General Manager & Head CBS Solutions (F&A, Procurement, Order Mgt & HR) at Wipro BPO
Amit has over 16 years of Procurement Supply Chain Consulting, Global Sourcing, Category Management, Shared Services, Outsourcing & Procurement Technology Design experience across a range of industries. At Aditya Birla Minacs, Amit leads spend management & data harmonization services for global customers. Amit also provides product management oversight and P2P integration support for back-office F&A functions…
Prior to joining Aditya Birla Minacs, Amit spent 5 years with Infosys where he single-handedly conceptualized & established the Global Procurement Outsourcing business. Amit played a variety of roles including consulting, Outsourcing advisory, solution design, transitions, client management & global operations. At Infosys, Amit led multiple ‘Source to Pay’ Innovation initiatives delivering greater efficiency, improved spend visibility, enhanced effectiveness & compliance for Infosys’s global customers including world’s largest Oil & Gas Company, global commodity producer, Leading Anglo-Australian Mining Company & Top 10 US Bank.
Prior to joining Infosys, Amit spent 10+ years with Bechtel Corporation & has worked in North America, India and Trinidad. At Bechtel, Amit played a variety of roles ranging from Spend Management, Global Sourcing, Project Procurement, Material Management, Procurement Systems Design, Engineering Integration & Implementation. Amit was also instrumental in establishing Bechtel’s procurement captive operations in Gurgaon, India.

A 25 year tech veteran in marketing, David has held leadership roles at SAS, SAP, Marsh, FRONTEO and now Tradeshift, the leader in business commerce solutions. Having worked extensively with the Finance community at various industry events, roundtable discussions and other executive advisory boards, David has an excellent grasp on the Office of the CFO. As a marketer, he tends to align programs and initiatives with an element of financial appeal to ensure the ultimate buyer and decision makers understand the value proposition. He loves the challenge and reward of this fast-paced industry and enjoys the cross-functional nature of marketing, bringing an infused strategy and business development approach.
