Tradeshift Appoints Ms. Lone Fønss Schrøder, Industry Leader in Supply Chain Collaboration to Board of Directors
SAN FRANCISCO–The Tradeshift board of directors elected the appointment of Ms. Lone Fønss Schrøder to the board. As the second independent member of the board, Ms. Schrøder’s election will take effect immediately, bringing the total members of the Tradeshift board to six.

She advises Credit Suisse – Towerbrook, and is co-owner of XO & Norfalck and Digital Technologies portfolio. She is a an Oil & Gas/Energy, Shipping, Banking, Retail and OEM experienced Industrialist.
Ms. Lone Fønss Schrøder hold degrees from University of Oslo (Oil & Gas Law, Masters level), Københavns Universitet / University of Copenhagen (LL.M, Law), and Handelshøjskolen i København/CBS (Business Economics).
