Roy has led transformational change throughout his career, working with early technology pioneers to build and implement e-Procurement and e-Sourcing prior to Y2K, and driving billions in electronic sourcing while developing MWBE suppliers to excel across a wide range of categories. Before joining Tradeshift, Roy led the Procurement technology transformation at companies such as Fidelity Investments, and as CPO at John Hancock, MetLife and State Street Bank.

Richard Porcaro is the Head of Client Services & Solutions for Chain IQ, an independent, global procurement services company headquartered in Zurich, Switzerland.
Prior to Chain IQ, Richard served in senior roles at UBS, AllianceBernstein, GlaxoSmithKline and Lucent Technologies (now Nokia). His areas of expertise include services design and management, commercial management, business development and alliances, digitalization, business transformation, lean six sigma, strategic sourcing and procurement. He has also served as Advisory Board Member to Rutgers University. He holds undergraduate and graduate degrees from the University of Maryland, College Park and Georgia State University respectively. He is an active supporter of the National Down Syndrome Society and the American Cancer Society.
