This is Tradeshift’s new, advanced business intelligence app, available now, and powered by Amazon QuickSight.
It transforms how buyers interact with big data data, processing millions of data points into visual insights within seconds.
The app features 11 pre-built dashboards and reports (with more to come), covering a wide range of AP data.
For existing buyer customers, it has all the data you currently find in Insight Centre, but with state-of-the-art speed and visual representations, and the ability to query using natural language.

It’s available now for all buyer customers.
It has all the data and reports you currently find in the Insight Centre, but has a number of significant upgrades.
All buyer customers get one user seat included at no additional cost.

Who gets the single seat?
It’s a ‘first-come, first-served’ system. So the first user who accesses the Analytics app will get the seat.
As a result, we highly recommend you discuss internally between all potential users to agree on who will take the single user seat.
That nominated person can then go ahead and go to the App.
What happens if we need to change that single free user?

Beyond the 1 free seat, there is a charge for additional Reader user licenses / seats.
Additional Reader seats come in sets of 10.

Functionality for all includes the ability to apply filters to the standard version of the reports.
But with a regular reader licence, you can’t create new dashboards or customise the built-in standard reports (e.g. you can’t add new metrics, graphs and other visuals).
If you wish to do this, we recommend you buy a Author package with private data lake.

If you want to create new reports or customise existing ones, you’ll need an Author licence plus private data lake package from Tradeshift.
With this package your company will get 5 Author licences and 20 Viewer licences.
This will enable you to build new dashboards, customise existing reports, including adding new metrics, graphs and other visuals.

Analytics is our new business intelligence and analytics app, embedded in the Tradeshift platform, which is designed to deliver a significantly improved user experience, offering faster, more dynamic, and user-friendly reporting solutions that represent a major leap forward beyond the current Insight Center reporting capabilities.
The Q functionality is an added-value functionality that is embedded in the Analytics app and allows users to ask questions about any of their reports and get insights by using natural language. The innovative aspect of this functionality is that users don’t need to have any prior knowledge about how the reports were built or what data was used to generate them.

The data in the pre-built reports comes directly from the Tradeshift platform, ensuring accuracy and reliability.
Although we recommend using the new Analytics app for more powerful reports and a better user experience, the existing reports in Insight Center will continue to be available to users.
Besides data visualisation in dashboard in report format, you can also get more insights over the data you are interested in by hovering over charts, as well as filter the data available in the charts and export in CSV format data from the Analytics app.
