June 21, 2025
1. Introduction
Tradeshift is committed to ensuring digital accessibility for all users, including those with disabilities and functional limitations. As a leading cloud-based business network and platform for procure-to-pay automation, e-invoicing, supply chain payments, marketplaces, we understand the critical importance of providing an inclusive and accessible experience.
Although Tradeshift is a business-to-business (B2B) company and not directly consumer-facing, we are nonetheless dedicated to accessibility in all our offerings.
This Accessibility Statement outlines our efforts to comply with the European Accessibility Act (Directive (EU) 2019/882), which aims to harmonize accessibility requirements across the European Union. Our conformance is assessed against the harmonized European Standard EN 301 549 V3.2.1, which fully incorporates the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA.
We are dedicated to continuous improvement to ensure our platform is usable by the widest possible audience.
The Tradeshift platform is Partially Conforming with EN 301 549 V3.2.1 and WCAG 2.1 Level AA. This means that while the majority of success criteria are met some parts of the content do not fully conform to the accessibility standard.
2. Description of Service and Accessibility Measures
The Tradeshift platform is a comprehensive, app-based solution designed to streamline business processes, facilitate global connections between buyers and suppliers, and automate various financial and operational tasks. Our services include:
- Procure-to-Pay Automation: Digitizing and automating the entire purchasing and invoicing workflow.
- E-invoicing: Enabling compliant electronic invoice exchange across numerous countries.
- Supply Chain Payments & Financing: Facilitating efficient payment processes and access to financing solutions.
- Business Network & Marketplaces: Connecting businesses for seamless collaboration and transaction.
Tradeshift has implemented various accessibility features and measures to enhance usability for all users:
- Perceivable Content: We strive to provide text alternatives for non-text content, ensure information is not conveyed by color alone, and minimize photosensitive seizure triggers. Our platform supports logical information and relationships, and text content is designed to be readable and understandable.
- Operable Interface: The platform supports keyboard navigation for many functionalities, allows for adjustment of time limits where applicable, and avoids requiring simultaneous user actions. Electronic forms are designed to be accessible, and pointer gestures can be performed with simple taps/clicks.
- Understandable Design: We aim for predictable behavior on focus and input, consistent navigation, and clear error identification and suggestions. The language of the page and its parts is identified for assistive technologies.
- Robust Compatibility: Our platform is designed to maximize compatibility with current and future user agents, including assistive technologies, by ensuring proper name, role, and value attributes.
Tradeshift’s accessibility is fundamentally supported by a modern technology stack that includes semantic HTML, WAI-ARIA roles and attributes, and CSS for visual presentation and responsive design that will work with the particular combination of web browser and any assistive technologies or plugins installed on your computer.
3. Conformance Status
The Tradeshift platform is Partially Conforming with EN 301 549 V3.2.1 and WCAG 2.1 Level AA. This means that while the majority of success criteria are met, some parts of the content do not fully conform to the accessibility standard.
Nonetheless, Tradeshift is committed to digital accessibility and aligns its platform with recognized accessibility standards to ensure usability for all users, including those with disabilities. We continuously review and improve our accessibility features to support our diverse user base and comply with relevant regulations.
The assessment was conducted in 2025 through a combination of automated and manual testing methods.
