At the core is a powerful new extraction engine combining advanced OCR (AWS Textract) with Large Language Models (LLMs). A dedicated AI enrichment tab gives your team real-time status visibility at every stage: uploaded, extracting, enriching, completed, or flagged for review. The upgraded ScanIO UI adds bounding boxes and missing data suggestions, so exceptions are easy to spot and act on.

For too long, configuring invoice matching logic meant either relying on API-only setups or living with a “black box” — rules running in production that nobody could see or easily change. We’ve fixed that.

The new “Document Based Rules” configuration tab brings header-level matching logic (such as Invoice vs. Credit Note) directly into the UI, giving business users full visibility and control without needing developer support. Real-time JSON previews let you see exactly what’s configured, and upload/download portability makes it easy to move configurations across environments.

A proactive error detection system instantly flags duplicates, undefined rules, and integrity violations in real time — before anything reaches your production environment.
